Nishiko (1981) is a Japanese artist and lives in The Hague. She is interested in events that differ from everyday life and are easily overlooked. Giorgia Lo Faso (1993, Italy) currently lives in the Netherlands. Lo Faso uses spaces, rubble, statues, installation and preservation techniques in her work. She sees the interaction between the spaces she inhabits and her memories as something temporary. Transitional phases that can influence the elusive feeling of ‘home’. www.giorgialofaso.com

Ronin introduced me to the music of Wouter Mol, and I fell in love with this song, for a few weeks I played it over and over again to sing along. Wouter is also a great performer and managed to get the outside crowd, into the bunker:

The One Minutes presented a new edition of their The One Minutes Series at the bunker, curated by No Limits! Art Castle. A screening of this series will take place at next week’s WOMIBO on July 24th and July 31st.”
Every two months, The One Minutes releases a new series of one-minute films exploring contemporary themes through moving images. Museums and cultural organizations worldwide subscribe to the series. This summer’s series, We Need New Superstars, features 21 films advocating for a diverse range of superstar identities. It highlights individuals with neurodiverse, disabled, sex-working, queer, animal, and scarred bodies and minds as superstars. The series raises intriguing questions, such as how to manage being a superstar with panic attacks and whether your teddy bear can also be a superstar.
No Limits! Art Castle aims for a more inclusive art world. They invited creatives worldwide to send in their superstar videos, asking, Who else should we be celebrating? An overwhelming total of 82 films were submitted, and the collective selected 21 films by artists from the Netherlands, Mexico, Ghana, and Ukraine.
An open call was available for their next series release: Fixations by @buttmagazine
